ABOUT ME
I'm Eugenta Barclay, Owner and CEO of Excelsior Virtual Assistant Solutions™.
My approach to this work was shaped by more than two decades of executive administrative and business support experience, including many years working directly with senior leaders in complex, fast-moving environments. That experience taught me how to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture, anticipate what is needed next, communicate with discretion, and keep priorities moving even when there are many competing demands.
Today, I bring that same level of care, judgment, organization, and follow-through to EVAS™ clients. I do not see support as simply taking tasks off someone's plate. I look at the context surrounding the work: what matters most, what is creating friction, what needs structure, what can be delegated, and what must happen next.
That is why EVAS™ can support both the strategic and practical sides of running a business. One day that may mean coordinating a project or strengthening a client workflow. Another may involve documenting an SOP, organizing a CRM, supporting a candidate search, managing executive administration, or coordinating content and digital marketing. The common thread is execution with purpose.
